the weekend when I have plenty of time A relaxing time baking before my relaxing time I love this idea A truly exceptional book The basic sponge cake recipe was so good I used it to bake my own wedding cake The recipes are wonderful yet achievable, the photography is beautiful, and the presentation is perfect This is my new baking bible
